  • Developer support: contact your LuciBook account owner or raise it through your usual support channel; quote the request_id from the error response you're seeing (see Errors).
  • Security vulnerabilities: report privately, not via a public issue. TBD-USER: the repo has no published security.txt yet — until one exists, route reports through the same support channel above and mark them security-sensitive.
  • Status: no public status page yet (TBD-USER if product wants one).
